CAF Confederation Cup: South Africa's Sundowns draw Ghana's Medeama SC

South African side Mamelodi Sundowns must edge Ghana’s Medeama SC to secure a CAF Confederation Cup group stage berth after Thursday’s play-off draw in Cairo.

Medeama will host the Brazilians on May 18 with the winner, over two legs, advancing to the group stage.

The eight winners of this round will go into the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup proper.
